Whether you a start up business or would like to start a fresh – branding, business cards, brochures & pamphlets is where it all begins.
After finding out about you as a couple, wedding theme and colour scheme, we will go into detail of how you would like your invitation to be packaged or what other ideas you have for your wedding stationery (flowers, texture, foiling, embossing & so on).
If you haven’t got a clue on what you would I’ll send you ideas based on what we discussed and take it from there.
Once we have finalized the design as well as the look and feel for your wedding stationery, a Cost Estimation (CE) will be sent to you for your approval.
If you would like an idea of the costs I can supply you with a general price list but please understand that my designs are not template based as each wedding and/or couple is unique as well as a lot of love is put into your wedding stationery.
Please note that I can just do the design for your wedding stationery but I would love to do the whole package.
The design process will only be able to start once the invoice is approved and a 50% non-refundable deposit is made.
I will send you three options of design. Once you are happy with the look & feel I’ll carry the design throughout your wedding stationery and elements (if required).
Please note that once a design is chosen from the three options, there are three sets of changes allowed. Thereafter, an additional hourly rate will be billed.
With regards to the information on the wedding stationery, please double check that the information is correct. Once it has been approved and gone to print, please understand that I take no responsibility for wrong information, spelling errors etc.
The best part has finally arrived!!
I will notify you by email when your wedding stationery and/ or other elements are ready for collection. I can also post or courier it to you if need be at an additional cost.
The outstanding balance is due prior to collection or delivery.
I will need a clear understanding of your brand and what you would like to achieve. I would love to give you the best results as well as be on time so a timeline and deadline is a huge must!
How the design is executed is determined by how the brief was interpreted. Then a Cost Estimation (CE) will be sent based on what we discussed.
Please note CE is subject to change based on any changes to the original brief, additional hours, stock images and the like.
Once the CE is approved and a 50% non-refundable deposit is paid I will start the design based on what your requirements are, I will design a few options for you to choose from. Once a design is chosen, three sets of changes are allowed to that design. Please note that if there are additional changes after the three sets have been executed an additional hourly rate will be charged. Once you are happy with the designs I’ll start executing them to all the different elements required.
Once the final artwork has been approved, I will get it ready according to your requirements i.e. print or web ready. The artwork will be sent once the outstanding balance has been settled.
Please note, I take no responsibility for any errors once artwork has been approved and sent to print so please double check that all information is correct before signing off the artwork. .
Please note that I can offer you a CE with printing costs separately or I can just send the final artwork to you and you can take it from there.
